The programme offered at the Institute is an MBA of two years duration with specialisation in Marketing, Finance, HR, Systems and Production Management. The degree is awarded by the UGC recognised Bangalore University. The Institute has a well designed paradigm for placements that glide the career-dreams of its students into well deserved career positions and has strong links with prominent industrial groups that generate valuable synergy between students and corporate organisations. The Institute strives to provide 100% placements to all the students and there is a track record of placements in around 456 companies.
So far 1642 students have been placed in 456 companies in Senior Executive positions in India and Abroad.
The pro-active career management and placement committee co-ordinate the placement activities of the Institute from day one and also acts as a liaison between the hiring organisation and the students to enable both to match each other's requirements. The committee takes care of the correspondence with the prospective employers, arranging pre-placement confabulations, personal campus interviews and providing other facilities that may be required by the visiting organisation. The committee works in coordination with the students, giving them direction and resources to acquire the necessary skills to secure dream job.
Further, the committee offers personsalised counseling communication training, resume building and mock interviews to ensure 100% summer and campus placement and to inculcate skills that help students bag the best jobs in the market. |
